Because we want you to feel satisfied with our services we ask you to follow the following terms and recommendations unless anything else has been agreed.

The hotel requires conference program and schedule as late as two weeks before the set date. When the booking includes accommodation the hotel requires a list of all the names and room numbers of the participants.  We do appreciate your information about any special requirements. Please inform us also about choice of menu and possible food allergies. 

Please inform us about the final number of participants as late as one week before the set date.

The hotel room will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by 12 at noon.

At the time of the booking, please let us know if you have any special requirements such as special equipment, furnishing, transports, program service etc.


To avoid extra charges the cancellation must be made no later than 30 days before the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled later than this the hotel has the right to charge the total amount. If the group booking is cancelled due to illness you need to present a doctor’s certificate to avoid any cancellation fees. If Kasnäsudden AB has incurred any particular costs exceeding the amount of the booking due to the cancellation, this amount shall be totally compensated by the customer.


If the hotel obtains special permission, such as extended license or orchestra, decoration, construction or suchlike, the customer is obligated to pay the expenses caused.


The customer is responsible for paying for booked services. Payment according to agreement. If the participants pay individually the hotel must be informed in advance. If the customer wants to pay for the services by invoice the payment period is 14 days. An invoicing charge of 6 e/invoice will be made. The billing address should be communicated in advance. Interest rate according to Law of interest.

If the number of participants decreases one week before the arrival date or in the case of a “no show”, the hotel has the right to charge the total amount of the booking.


In case of a strike, fire or some other independent factor that deviates from the normal circumstances, Kasnäsudden has the right to cancel the terms of the contract without prior notification and has no obligation of compensation. This applies equally to the other party of the contract.


The customer is responsible for protecting the rented rooms and furniture from any damage. The client is responsible for all the damage caused on equipment, staff, artists or audience in Kasnäsudden. The customer is obliged to follow the staff’s instructions of how to use the premises and the property. The customer is required to appoint one person to be in charge of the event. Kasnäsudden keeps the right to charge the customer for any extra costs, e.g. repair and extra cleaning.
