Lectures about e.g. nutrition and exercise, practical advice about healthy diets and exercise plans.
Group project/discussion about relaxation and psychological wellbeing.
Fitness tests and health measuring, like BMI and blood pressure measurement.
Participants can get individual response on all the tests and measurements.
